The following policies have been instituted at Texx's Victory Hall.

• Texx's Victory Hall reserves the right to assign banquet rooms most suited to the size and type of function being held.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please call us at (414) 769-8455 to confirm prices.
• Menu selections and estimated count must be made three weeks prior to your event.
• Four days prior to your event, attendance must be specified. This number will be considered your guaranteed count. Charges will be made for the number of guests served, or the guaranteed count, whichever is greater. Please notify Texx's Victory Hall of any increases as soon as possible.
• All banquet checks will be charged a 15% gratuity and applicable sales tax.
• All incurred charges are due and payable upon completion of your event. All charges are to be initiated by, and are the responsibility of, the person in charge or a pre-designated representative.
• Texx's Victory Hall will be prepared to serve 5% over a guaranteed count. However, due to health concerns, we do not allow any food or beverages to leave our building. No food or beverages can be brought in by you or your guests.
• Bands or other entertainment arrangements are to be made by the customer. Music can play to 12:30 am. Rooms must be cleared by 1:00 am or a service charge of $100.00 per hour will be charged.
• Decorations are allowed with prior approval from Texx's Victory Hall.
• Any damage, by you, or your guests, incurred to Texx's Victory Hall's premises will be paid for by the person in charge (booking party).
• Texx's Victory Hall will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged materials, equipment or personal belongings.
